She aims to offer the appropriate psychiatric services in order to meet her clients’ individual unique needs. To be accepted as a patient, please complete the pre-screening questionnaire and Dr. Samake will review the questionnaire. If you are accepted as a patient, you will receive an email invite to access our patient portal. After your first appointment with Dr. Samake, you will be able to book your future appointments online.
